SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
We provide UPS/Fedex/DHL or EMS Registered Air Mail options (3-7 working days) depending on the size of your order. Smaller items and personalised goods are shipped from our Asia Pacific Hong Kong office, larger or bespoke trunks from England. All local taxes and duties are the responsibility of the buyer.
For insurance reasons we currently only ships to countries within EUROPEAN UNION, NORTH / SOUTH / CENTRAL AMERICA, ASIA & OCEANIA. If you are not in one of these regions mentioned above, please contact us before making your purchase.

For personal pick-up, our free storage period is 8 months for all orders. Beyond this time frame we will treat your order terminated without notice and your payment and deposit revoked.
Here at Noble & Graff, we maintain a very high level of workmanship and each item is checked and photographed before shipping. All of our leather trunks carry a 3-month warranty on malfunctioning steel reinforced handles, locks, draw bolts and hinges, but not on owner's neglect, scratches, wornness, cleaning or mishandled damages on the item.
All our items are crafted by hand, and due to the unique nature of the material used, there may be slight imperfections and pieces may have slight differences. Please allow some deviation from the image you see representing each product, as no two items are alike. This by no means affects the quality of our products, hence not a valid reason for product return.
Noble & Graff offers a 3-day return policy: starting on the day you receive the item, you have 3 business days to contact us if you'd like to return an item and obtain your refund. However shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Customers must contact us by email within the 3-day period with an explanation of why they wish to return the item to be eligible to the refund. Please note that there is a 15% restocking fee on all returns and no returns of any kind will be accepted after 9 business days. These terms are consistent with the guidelines set by many art and craft retailers.
In the unlikely event that an item is damaged in transit, please report this to us. Damaged goods must be reported within 3 working days of receipt of goods.
Please note; if you are returning an item for whatever reason you must contact us (firstname.lastname@example.org) in advance and use registered post (including shipping insurance) at your own expense. A "Return Authorisation Number and Return Address" will be assigned to you. All items including the product packaging materials must be returned for refund. If you do not use registered post, you are accepting full responsibility if the item gets lost or damaged in transit and Noble & Graff is not obliged to refund this item.
We cannot offer an exchange or refund on personalised, made-to-order and fully bespoke items (*Leather trunks and small leather goods).

RETURN POLICY (* TIME AND TOYS ONLY)
Due to the nature of vintage timepieces, all watches are sold as-is. We will accurately describe the current condition and working order of each watch we sell to the best of our ability. Noble & Graff makes no mechanical guarantee in terms of movement, accuracy or waterproofing.
2-day inspection policy : Starting on the day you receive the item, you have 2 days to contact us if you'd like to return an item to obtain your refund. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Customers must contact us by email within the 2-day period with an explanation of why they wish to return the item to be eligible to the refund.
Please note, all return items need to be shipped by FedEx (fully insured) at buyer's own expense. There is a 10% restocking fee on all returns and no returns of any kind will be accepted after 7 business days.
Please note: We DO NOT ship any watches to Italy, Eastern European, China and all African countries. We apologise for any inconveniences this may cause.
Our prices are fixed - requests for discount or our "best price" will be ignored.
